Desserts (Mishti Mukh)

          I love mishti... In my opinion there are very few Bangali who don't love mishti. There are so many names that come to my mind when I hear the word mishti. Roshogolla, Raj bhog, pantua (fried sweet cheese balls) , lyangcha, mishti doi (sweet yogurt), lobongo latika, laddu, dorbesh and the list is endless. I miss kolkata mishti here, so often try to recreate them here in my home.
